*SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS*
We make every effort to provide an accurate representation of our museum-grade digital art. However, colors or appearance may differ due to device settings. We do not warrant that the quality of any products purchased will meet your expectations beyond the high standards of archive-quality materials we use (380g cotton canvas, Nero Marquina marble, etc.).
*SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND "WHITE GLOVE" SERVICE*
When you place an order via our WhatsApp curatorship, you are making an offer to purchase. The Obsidian Apex reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it through a private consultation. This ensures the "White Glove" attention that defines our brand.
*SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING*
Prices for our Sovereign and Genesis series are subject to change without notice. The price in effect at the time of the private consultation will be the final price. Unless stated, prices do not include international premium shipping or customs.
*SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY*
Manufacture and inspection take 5-7 business days. Shipping is handled via premium logistics with military-grade protection. Once transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
